● Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks.

● Build and integrate backend services and APIs to support business workflows.

● Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using Vue.js.

● Customize, extend, and integrate systems with ERP platforms (Odoo is a strong plus).

● Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

● Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture design.

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Must Have

● 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.

● Strong experience with Python (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).

● Solid experience with Vue.js (Vue 3).

● Good understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and web application design.

● Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

● Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).

● Familiar with Git and collaborative development workflows.

● Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

● Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have (Strong Advantages)

● Hands-on experience with Odoo (development, customization, module building).

● Experience in ERP, CRM, or large internal management systems.

● Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms.

● Experience working in large-scale systems or companies with 500+ employees.

● Understanding of real estate, sales, or enterprise business workflows.
